I wasn't sure how to get in contact with you again so I decided to try your page. I received a response from the "Helpdesk" and they said to just have you contact them to request your refund. Just go to the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the TPT website and open a "ticket". Include the product name and simply ask them for the refund. I believe, since I have already given permission, that everything should work out smoothly. Good luck!
