sorry you had trouble!I made it for projecting it onto a whiteboard using an elmo/projector and the kids copy the answers down in a spiral notebook.

Sorry, It does not have lines. Each of my students have a 'math journal' which is just a spiral notebook.I project the day's journal on the board with my elmo and They number their page and copy their answers in their journal each morning. :)
