There is a mistake on The School Mural Act. 2 cut/paste. The sentences use the words moped and mopped. However on the cut/glue words that go with; you do not have these and instead you have moping and mopping. Please correct and resend to me thanks. Am I the only one who's noticed?

It sounds like you are either opening with an older version of Adobe Reader or if you are on a MAC, you may be opening it with a Mac program called "Preview" and not even know it. On a MAC, make sure you are opening in "Open With" rather than "Preview". Often "Preview" is the default setting so be sure to check that.

1) Open the PDF file with the newest version of Adobe Reader
2) Click 'print'

I just bought the Life Cycle of a Plant resource and am excited to use it, however, when I downloaded it, many of the instructions did not show up and there are lines (red/black thick lines) that mark the pages where it is supposed to be blank for the children to write. Why couldn't one set of posters show the comparison between the measurements? I was a little disappointed in that there were two sets of posters in the kit. Why would I need to pay for two sets of the same item? I Can print however many copies of the poster I need for my students. As a paraprofessional, who makes very little but enjoys her job, I found the extra copies of the poster a waste of my money. Now I feel I need to take more of my time to make up a comparison chart to supplement this.

It is very important to download the preview so that you can see exactly what is included in the file as well as the specific types of anchor charts. That way you can determine if it is something you can use in your classroom and wish to purchase.
After posting this product I had a several requests for the Canadian and Australian spellings of meter/metre, centimeter/centimetre so I added additional pages with those spellings at no extra cost to the buyer. I was also very careful to add this as the first line of the product description: "**Note: This is the metric version of Measurement: Connecting Tools, Units, and Types of Measure. It now includes anchor charts and student recording sheets with the US, Canadian, and Australian spellings: meters, centimeters, and millimeters as well as metres, centimetres, and millimetres. "

Not all schools have them, but you might check with your district to see if they have a set. They've been a great resource for me to use in my literacy centers!

After I bought this item and opened it, it came out a little pixelated and dotty. I'm wondering if the font you used is not compatible with my Mac computer. Can you help me?

Hi there! I'm so sorry you're having problems. Technology can be so frustrating sometimes! I'm not sure why that is happening with a PDF, but Tpt recommends for this problem that you click on your "My Purchases" button and scroll down to the green text. It should read: "If you purchased a PDF and it is after you open it, solve it this way: on a MAC or PC, install the latest version of ADOBE READER. Then, open the file with ADOBE READER. That's it. On a MAC, make sure to "Open With" ADOBE READER and NOT Preview. If it's still blurry, that's because you are still opening it with Preview." If you follow these directions and still have trouble, please email me at kamp.linda@gmail.com and I will email you the file. I hope this helps!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I've been a primary teacher for 17 years. Currently teaching second grade, I've also taught Kindergarten and first grade. Teaching is a wonderfully creative outlet for me and I teach my kiddos that their creativity is contagious! We can think, learn, and achieve outside of the box!
