Unfortunately, I don't think I can help you from my end. I found this information on the site about downloading. If you are having trouble downloading, it may be your browser (try Firefox or Internet Explorer 7 instead) or, if you are on your school computer, your school may have settings that prevent popup downloading boxes and downloading in general. Try to rightclick on the download link, Save Target As... to your desktop and then open. If all else fails, click HERE to Contact Us and we will email you the file(s) asap. Please do not leave poor feedback for a downloading issue. It's not the seller's fault. We will solve it!
