Tara, I'm so sorry the document is not printing correctly. I am brand new to teachers pay teachers and this is the first document I have posted. I will check into it and hopefully figure out why it is printing incorrectly. I went ahead and emailed the document to you using the address you gave me. I hope it prints correctly for you, if not please let me know.
I didn't make any math manipulative labels but I will try to add the extra supply ones you need and email them to you.
