Yes, you should recognize all of the tunes. You can also search the names of the traditional songs so your students can listen to the tunes before singing the writing songs.

I just downloaded this file "Analyze Patterns in Skip Counting...". It has a .notebook extension and I am not sure what sort of application this is. It won't open on my computer at all. Any advice?

If not, you can download the SMART Notebook software so that you can at least open the document on your computer. TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have taught 2nd grade for the past four years at a Title 1 school. This year I will be teaching 3rd grade GATE (gifted and talented education). For the past three years, I have worked with a team to design and develop the math curriculum for 2nd grade. During that time, I also created SMART Board files and other documents to be used by other 2nd grade teachers in my district.
