This was a great resource for test prep. We had the kids do these during our thirty minute "climb time" every day the weeks before testing. I did find several mistakes, but other than that it was absolutely wonderful! I'm glad you shared!! :)

Hello,
I had posted that I found mistakes after I triple checked it. I teach all day long and sometimes make mistakes that others dont catch either. It keeps the kids on their toes sometimes because they catch that there are no correct answer choices. I apologize, I do the very best I can.

I liked the packet. It was nice that it was in a word document so that I could add questions where my kiddos needed extra practice or delete questions that they didn't need. Super teacher friendly!

Very useful for homework review of previously taught standards in ELA, math, reading, and writing each evening. I especially like that it uses the multiple choice format, which gives second graders much needed practice in evaluating answer choices.

I see the three you have currently posted, but read that you have one from each week of the school year. Could you possibly let me know how many I can purchase from you? Also, do you have a set of the "intro" ones or is that one file?
My fellow grade level teachers and I have been piecing something like this together for the past two years. I completely understand how much time it takes! I don't want you to feel like I am trying to take that away from you :) We would love the opportunity to support our fellow teachers who have put effort into this project.
One last quick question! Do you seem to notice a difference with your students when they take the CST after doing this practice all year?

Thank you for your feedback on the pricing. I do have a homework for every week of the year that I create. However, I only start doing the test prep homework 2 months before we take the state test. I am currently working on making a booklet with an entire year of test prep homework and will contact you when that is complete. The only concern about the homework I create for the other parts of the year is that directly correlates with our pacing plans. The homework includes phonics, vocabulary, grammar, math, and writing about reading practice. It's one page per night and covers what we learned or reviewed in each of those areas each day. I will post a snapshot of one. Or if you would like to exchange personal emails, I can send you an example of one of the earlier weeks homework. My email is monalee311@gmail.com. Feel free to email me anytime if you have questions. I do not mind taking the time to share ideas!
In regards to the CST; last school year only 18 of my students took the CST, 94% of my class scored Proficient or Advanced in Math (5 Advanced, 12 Proficient, 1 Basic). In Language Arts, 77% scored Proficient or Advanced (8 Proficient, 6 Advanced, 3 Basic, 1 Below Basic. 100% of my students are English Language Learners and these are the highest individual classroom scores in my school. So yes, I do notice a big difference! This is the 1st year our 2nd graders are taking a test like this in their lives. They need so much practice on how to take a multiple choice test and to read and really understand the wording on that test as well.

I could sell them for half the price? I did create them from scratch and each week took about 2 hours to make. I am new to this and was not sure how I should price them.
