As a high school biology teacher, this quiz is exactly what I would have written myself! It has a variety of questions. I am always short on time, therefore this site is a great help.

however, the quiz should have an answer key

Hi Alexis,
An answer key is now provided. You are still within your 30 day window, so you can re-download the product to obtain the answer key.
Thanks!

My PowerPoint presentations have been made to be both informative on curricular topics and visually stimulating for all students. 100% of my students prefer to receive and discuss new topics via PowerPoint (compared to reading textbooks, lectures, or copying information off of the board). I have found that this method works extremely well with both mainstreamed and inclusion students. I also have a notebook with all the slides for students who need to take a second look at a slide or were absent for the day. My students look forward to my presentations and I always have 100% participation in my class… which is something to say for an urban school district!! My presentation and outline formats for teaching new material have been recommended by my administrators to new and experienced teachers at my school. Of course, you may edit them or add to them to meet your individual classroom needs.

I ended up not using it with my students because it wasn't clear with it's directions and I really couldn't see how it really connected with evolution. It needed some guiding questions to prompt the students to "get the picture."

This 25 question quiz has two formats including fill in the blank with a word bank, and multiple choice. The goal is to assess vocabulary learned during this unit. Of course you may edit this quiz to meet your individual needs, but it has worked well in my class for a basic vocabulary assessment.

Many teachers purchase from Teachers Pay Teachers because of the interest in saving their precious time. I have purchased many things not out of the need to reinvent the wheel, but to simplify my life as a teacher. This quiz does a fine job of doing just that.

I think this teacher/author does a magnificent job of making "dull" topics as intereseting as possible. Our student population loves these presentations. Some of excitement must c=ome from the instructor, as a power point is only as interesting as the person presenting it.

Really good worksheet but not a lesson plan - doesn't give details of any student activities other than reading the (once again, very good) sheet and answering the questions. Also not really a 'lab' session as there's no practical work in it. Good use of data and tables though - useful for developing student skills in extracting data from these sources.

When you create a PPT presentation, each presentation "page" is called a slide. So, it should be, create a 15 slide presentation, not 15 page.
