I am not currently in my classroom, but I have it on a large dry erase whiteboard that is to the side of my classroom. It takes up almost the whole height of a whiteboard. I absolutely love it and once it is all cut out and hung up, it is SUCH low maintenance! I have really enjoyed it and so have the students :)

It is a grid, 5 across and 5 down. You can write in the boxes for each weekday. Weekends are not on the calendar so that the boxes for weekdays could be larger. Thy dates are already put on each box, and the months are displayed on the top, in the cute font you see on the binder dividers :) hope that helps!

I purchased the teaching binder kit, I was wondering if for the teaching binder (chevron style) are there editible pages of the blanks at the end and the side inserts? I am OCD (like it all to look the same) and when I have to write the titles on the pages for things I need it really bugs me...lol

That is not editable because that font that I used on the dividers is not actually a font, it is a clip art. If you really want to, you can buy that clip art from kpm doodles! :)

You can save this by dragging the folder of the file to the location on your computer where you want it to be saved. For example, it is probably in your downloads file right now (on a Mac, that is in your finder; on a PC, that can be found in "my computer"). Find it in your downloads file and drag it elsewhere, like your desktop...and there it will be saved! ;) I do not know why you are having printing problems. That is most likely something in your printer settings? Try saving it the way I mentioned above, and then printing, and maybe you will have better results! Thank you!

It is a power point file, so the format is already there; however on certain pages you will probably change some things like the size of a chart according to your class size. On those pages you will add a text box where needed, or you can just type right into the chart. It varies page to page really. I did as much as I could for you, and the rest are things that vary depending on your class. Hope that clarifies :)

I cannot unlock the document due to copyrights held by the clip art artists; however, there are blank ones in there you can use to either write into if you need to, or run through your printer (almost like you would if you were making labels on label stickers). Your Teacher Binder materials are very well done and all inclusive... I wonder if you make them using graphics that are not so primary? I teach Intermediate, and they like to believe that they are more mature than some of the illustrations reflect. Colors, background graphics, important sections, needed pages = phenomenal. Little kids on the cover or pages... well, I thought I'd ask. You are so creative and CLEARLY on the ball with what a teacher needs for organization!

This product will stay the same as it is on TpT - no changes need to be made for the year because there are no dates in the planner, just spaces for dates. Hi!! First, thanks so much for your purchase! I hope you like the unit!! Yes, the document is password protected due to the terms of use with the clip art I used on the unit. You can save this by dragging the folder of the file to the location on your computer where you want it to be saved. For example, it is probably in your downloads file right now (on a Mac, that is in your finder; on a PC, that can be found in "my computer"). Find it in your downloads file and drag it elsewhere, like your desktop...and there it will be saved! ;) enjoy!!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have taught for two years, and cannot wait to enter my third year this Fall! In my first year, I taught all subjects to a fifth-grade self contained classroom in Alabama. I moved to Charleston, SC and was lucky enough to get a job right away teaching my favorite subjects, fifth-grade Math and Science! We have turned into a three-way switch now at my school, so I will be teaching fifth-grade math next year. Our school has achieved partial-magnet and our focus is Leadership. I cannot wait to start living these Seven Habits in my life, as well as teaching my students to live it in theirs.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I teach math and vocabulary to amazing fifth-grade leaders! We incorporate leadership skills (and 7 habits) from Stephen Covey's "The Leader In Me" novel into our daily activities lessons.
