For the first activity, you need to circle the greatest common factor, laminate and cut out the cards, and hole punch each small plus sign. The students will stick a pencil through the hole under the answer that they think is correct, and then turn the card over to see if they selected the correct answer (the hole with the circle around it).
The second activity is just a set of task cards for the students to complete.

In the preview for your "Check For Understanding Bookmark for Daily Five", it appears that they are black. Is that the case? I have to use my own ink to print and definitely can't print a class set with all that ink. But, they look like just what I've been looking for - do you have a white background option?

I bought, printed, laminated, and now am using the Check for Understanding checkmarks with my second graders for Read to Someone with Daily Five. They work great accept the kiddos are very upset that "i heard you read . . . " does not have a capital "I" when it stands by itself. Actually none of the questions start with a capital letter. This bothers me too since that is a big grammar that the kids learn in first grade and I don't want them to unlearn it in second grade. Is there any way to change it in the file. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi, I downloaded this product and love it but on the task cards you put GCM a couple of times instead of GCF. I also purchased the LCM set and it has the numbers 1-12 on both sets of the pencil punch sheets. This is not a problem for me but I wanted to make you aware of it. Thanks so much :)

I absolutely LOVE these letters to use for my word wall! I am wondering if you can make them in brown instead of black? Or even light turquoise, light green or coral pink would work. All of my classroom decor is brown with colored dots, so I am not using black this year. I understand if you are not able to do customized colors but thought I would ask just in case. :) Thanks so much!

When I printed these and measured them, they measured about 6.5 tall by 8.75 wide. When I select the measurement in PP it says they are 6.53 by 8.79.

They don't in this font, but only because the font (howser) doesn't offer it. I can definitely make some that come with upper and lower case letters of you'd like. The font would be different, but the price would be the same.
