I am getting ready to post my first lesson plans on TPT. All this copyright info. has gotten me nervous. I am an art teachers and I use many stories and books in my lessons. I read the story, we discuss it and the characteristics of the illustrations, I put the book away, and the creativity of the kids takes it from there. It seems to me that you have used a book, making me think that this is okay to do. Is it? or do I need to get permission, some how some way, from every author I utiilze in the was. It is my understanding from research I have done, that it is okay to use books in your lesson plans as long as it supplements the book. It is not okay to scan images from the book, copy lines of text, or do anything that makes it so someone wouldn't need to buy the actual book. That being said there are several authors who demand none of their products be used in any fashion, Dr. Suess for example. You can look through cease and desist orders in the sellers forum to see others who has asked for their products to be removed. I definitely wouldn't use any of those. Some people don't bother with any books, because there is always a chance the company will ask TpT to remove related products in the future. I chose to keep mine because this author hasn't request products be removed and if he ever did I could tweak it a tad and still use it because really it is all about names and being unique, not so much the book.

The various tabs are located at the bottom of the excel page, right above the start menu bar. They say "export" "Earnings by Day" "Earnings by Month" "FAQ" and "Info."
Once you have gone to TpT and generated your excel file, copy and paste the info into the main page (the export page). Then you will be able to click on the tabs to see your graphs.

The RTI spreadsheet is designed to handle up to 3 subjects. You can change the subjects to whatever you need, but can only have 3 total. You could do "reading" "math" and "behavior" if you wanted. Also, you can change the title on the main spreadsheet to whatever you would like, simply by clicking on it.

The dates for 2013 are checked. They are also showing up on the Earnings by day graphics as well as the 4th graphic of earnings by month. They, are not, however, showing up on the top 3 earnings by month graphics - only 2012 there. Sept 12, Oct 12, Nov 12, Dec 12 all show, Jan 13, Feb 13, and March 13 do not (but only on 3rd tab and first 3 graphics)

I downloaded the most recent version and tried it with my data and it appears to work. Maybe the table didn't expand properly when adding the products sold. Click on the date field at the top of the table on the export tab. Then expand the 2013. Are the dates listed there for 2013? Let me know if this doesn't work or if you need a better explanation of how to do this.

On the second set of color by word sheets, the hat one has the word "come" on the board and on the color key it says "came". Also "our" is under the blue key and the black key. I did not find this until my students started using it today.

I think it is probably a bit advanced if their reading level as is, but you were interested in adapting some of the questions to meet their needs, I think it would be great for ESOL students. It provides links to many great sites that all allow for the kind of interactive learning experience that would be wonderful for ESOL students. Making more level-appropriate questions to go with the applications would probably require a little work on your part, but you could use my questions as a "starting point."

Yes, the old lady doesn't eat the leprechaun, but she does dance with it and he is featured on the last page of the book. I'd like to have the leprechaun to add to the rainbow at the end of the story or is there a way to have the rainibow with the leprechaun under it?

It sounds like you need to update your version of Adobe reader. For some reason some of the older versions have weird quirks like this, I guess it is to get people to update.
