I appreciate your feedback and apologize for any trouble or inconvenience you may be having with opening the page. I understand your frustration. However, I have sold many of these and no buyer has ever reported any problems with viewing or printing. After hearing of your troubles, I double checked everything. Even if the page opens in your photo viewer, you shouldn't have trouble viewing and printing. For your convenience, I have re-uploaded a slightly updated page as a PDF. This file type should open automatically for even easier printing and viewing (and this is probably the file type you are used to seeing). My e-mail address is: ljtouche@ptd.net. Hi! I am so sorry you are having trouble printing the "It's All About Family" Poster. You are the first person to report the poster as blurry, so I am not exactly sure of the problem. I reloaded a slightly revised/improved) poster. You can either try to reprint the updated version or send me your e-mail address, and I'd be happy to e-mail you an attachment as well as a second item of your choice for free. Thank you!
