Hi, I just bought the first grade sight word packet and noticed that List 9, the configuration station, the words do not match the boxes. The boxes are the same as the ones for the words on list 8. And then the What's missing page for list #9 is not the list 9 words, it's the activity for list 8 repeated exactly. Would it be possible for you to send those two pages that match list 9?

I really like these review sheets!! I understand you keep these in a notebook for students to select, complete and return. I worry my kids would select the same pages they've already completed. How do you/they keep track? Are your students able to read the directions at the top of the pages? I'd like them to be independent but I don't think my kiddos can read the directions on their own. Are these issues you've had to resolve in your class?

Thanks for the kind words, Beth! I don't usually worry about children not being able to read directions because there is ALWAYS someone in the class who can read really well. I have an "ask 3 before me" policy. I also don't worry about the children selecting the same pages all the time because I explained to them the importance of trying different activities. They totally agree with me! It's a trust issue, really. I trust my students to do the right thing and, they do, because then they earn my trust. It's important to them to earn my trust. I hope I've answered your questions!

I purchased 2 of the sentence scramble packages, but am having trouble downmloading them. They put black blurry marks on some of the words. Not sure what to do. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a special program to open them?

I'm sorry you are having trouble. People on a MAC often open up the document the wrong way. I have directions on how to view the products properly on the third to last page in my pack. However, if you can't view the directions, go to your My Products page and follow the directions from TpT on how to properly view a product. If you have any more trouble, please email me. Thanks!

I'm wondering how much you might charge to edit this for me? I teach 4th and 5th grade special needs children who are functioning on about the 2nd grade level. We'd need it to say "the year", "next year", just "Memory Book", etc. with no reference to grade level.

Do you ever put your product on sale? This is quite costly compared to other bd reversal products I've purchased. The entire download book from Dr. Warren (which is a good sized book) is $13 and you have comparatively quite fewer pages and are charged $5.50. I know you make your money on quantity sales; your prices are on the higher end of most products I've been purchasing for my sped classroom.

Hello! I usually only have sales when TpT has their sale, which is once every quarter. I always think long and hard before I price any product and take into account the time it takes to make the product, the cost of the fonts, clip art, border, etc, how many times you can use the product during the school year, and how many different activities are included, to name a few. Many of my products contain multiple activities, not just one, where you use it once and that's it. This particular product contains 8 different activities, plus a poster. I personally feel that the price is not at all high, considering what is included. On the contrary, it's probably a bit low. I also make sure to show high quality previews and leave specific details as to what's included, so my customers know what they are getting before they purchase it, so there are no surprises.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been a primary teacher for 19 years. I've taught everything from Pre-K to fifth grade. Although I love all grades, kindergarten, first, and second grades are my absolute favorites!
