Cheque is spelt check in this document. This list could be more comprehensive ie surplus and deficit are not in this list. No answers or examples are provided. Seems to be written by someone with little knowledge of accounting.

"Slow students" This is a very unproductive way to describe a student who may have a learning difference, disability, lack of services or no services.

I understand this is free, but its one page of random vocabulary. There didn't seem to be a clear topic from World History, or a reason for choosing the vocabulary. I note that the only feedback/comment appears to be from the author, which is rather disingenuous.

While the structure of the lesson was pretty good, this lesson was not put together by a woodshop teacher. It is like a person got random words from a dictionary and threw them into a lesson.

some of these vocabulary words are not exactly correct. For instance, a person who is suffering from malnutrition has not necessarily been missing enough food. There are many people in the US that are obese from eating too much food, but are malnurished from missing nutrients that are important to their diet.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I'm a speech-language pathologist and ELL teacher who has worked with inner city students for 22 years. I write materials that help teachers with inclusion or mainsteamed special education students who are included into their classroom, substitute materials, life skill materials, and vocabulary for different courses. I am also the co-author of 100% Curriculum Vocabulary, LinguiSystems, Inc.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I try to use ways to help the slower students understand the vocabulary in the classrooms. I use my materials to help teachers understand how to make vocabulary more meaningful for students who have difficulty understanding. I use the materials with my students, as a speech-pathologist and ELL teacher, to help them understand key concepts in their courses.

100% Curriculum Vocabulary book published by LinguiSystems, Inc. co-authored with Laura Larson. Speaker at Arizona and New Jersey Speech, Language and Hearing Conventions. Several Articles published in the Advance for Speech-Language Pathologists.
MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
I received my undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and my master's degree from the University of IL in Speech-Language Pathology. I then took courses to earn an English as a Second Language endorsement.

I am currently with the Phoenix Union High School District and live in the Valley of the Sun with my two westies.
