My kids love reader's theatre so I'm always on the lookout for new activities to do with them. I think the numbers for each line are a little confusing- I will have to modify and figure out how many characters I can use and who will say what lines which will take some time, but this is a good start.

I was amazed when I read this! I like how everything is spelled out in black and white. Asking students to think of others' feelings and to THINK about the consequences of their actions that could lead to physical and emotional damage. Stop, feel, think, choose and act, should be in all handbooks.. Really appreciate you sharing this!

Hi,
I assign a series of questions each weekend, and then we discuss and share on Monday morning. The kids really enjoy sharing their strengths and weaknesses. I have heard some things that have been very surprising and also very encouraging. The discussions have led to some other discussions about various issues that randomly come up based on comments made. There is no official "activity" other than discussions which lead to analysis and hopefully an understanding of their personal character. It has been a great success for me and my students. Hopefully this helps

There are no posters, but there are pictures/diagrams that I had mentioned I would send to anyone who purchased and needed. The packet is based on questions meant for teenagers, but I changed them to be more age-appropriate for 10-11 year olds. What is the best way to get you the pictures/diagrams?

I'm using Firefox now and it doesn't download. I got the same message. If you email Paul or Sally and put the problem in the subject line, they'll figure it out. It has to be some technical glitch. I spotted many on the site when they first switched over and reported them. They know me so if you want to mention that I've been getting the error, it would be good.

I just have to tell you that I taught fifth grade for MANY years too and loved every minute of it. I ran Congress with my social studies classes and for the most part, the bills they created, were better than some of the recent lawmakers' laws. :)
