There are many grammatical errors in the Download. You should correct the grammar.Example it should be necesitas because it is in the second person and it should be siguientes plural. Lousy grammar.Unacceptable grammar.

MY TEACHING STYLE
I am very committed to differentiating instruction in my classroom to meet the needs of all my students. I strive to make the class engaging and fun while holding students to high standards. I teach in 80 minute blocks and my goal is to always have listening, speaking, writing, and reading activities in each block. In my school students have one to one laptops but many of my computer activities I use with my laptop, LCD player and speakers. I create most all of my own curriculum and materials and rely heavily on technology and the internet to keep my classes interesting and relevant to the students.
