My class loves these cards and I just posted on my blog about using them. So cute and the student are tasked with silently finding their partner, then getting to their project. They work like a dream. Thanks so much for the sweet freebie!

Julie Larsen re: Fraction Fiesta Game {Grades 4 - 6} Common Core Aligned
Question, pages 6-9 seem like they are the wild cards. Are they put in the pile with the fraction cards? If so, if a player draws the "Move twice as far" card, do they then draw another card to complete their turn?

If they draw a "lose your turn" , it would just seem that they lose their turn.

If they draw a "change your place", do they then draw a card and do the math or do they just change places and then the next player goes?

Thanks!

Pamela Backman  (TpT Seller) re: Periodic Table Cards ~ Jumbo Pack
I am a first grade teacher but I purchased your element cards for my teenage daughter to use for her chemistry class. I wanted to buy a set of cards that would have the element symbol/abbreviation on one side and the name on the other when the pages are copied back-to-back. I'm not seeing that in your set of cards. Ideally, if you could add pages with the name of the element that could be copied back-to-back with the first set of cards in your pack, that would make your product outstanding. As it is, I will need to buy another set that can be copied back-to-back or look up and write the names of the elements on the backs of the cards myself before giving them to my daughter to use (if I leave it up to my daughter, it will take weeks for her to get them labeled).

I purchased the Percents & Proportions ~ Common Core Real-World Task Cards. On card 1, did you mean eighty-nine hundredths (.89 with the cent sign) of a penny like the card says or eighty-nine pennies ($0.89 or 89 with the cent sign)?

I really like the look of your math choice board templates. On the 10 dots and the 5 stars, how would that work. I am not sure if the number of stars in each box have a different value. Thanks for clarifying. I look forward to utilizing these in my 4th grade class. Thanks!

ITEACH5I5TH re: Punnett Squares ~ Sandy Silly's Genetics
Thank you for this worksheet! I used it in my 5th Grade class yesterday, and my students loved it! On number 3, skin color, shouldn't the answer be 50%? If I did the Punnett square correctly, should the top row be heterozygous, and the bottom row be homozygous recessive? This would also change the answer key for the last page. Also, just a head's up, number 7 and 8 say Sally instead of Sandy. Thank you again for this worksheet. What a great way to learn about the most commonly studied traits!

I just purchased your packet and I think it is adorable! My only problem is, it says that you can put these in powepoint so you can edit them. How do you do that with a PDF file? I can't seem to figure that out. Otherwise, when I try and print them, your text on two of the pages is there and I can't delete it. Thanks!

Depending on what software you are using, there's a couple of ways. If you open in Adobe, you can always take a pic of the pages to edit and save as a png. Them insert the png pic into PowerPoint to add the text boxes to customize it for yourself.

Thanks!

Hi. I am getting ready to do the coin lab on Wednesday and have a question. Do you use two coins of the same currency - 2 pennies for example or different currency.

Thanks,

I've done this both ways. I prefer to use 2 different coins though because you can talk about the difference in size, etc. My students usually pick up on some coins having deeper groves in the design than others, too.

Good luck with the experiment!

Hi Christine! I'm so glad you like my labels.

I'll be glad to make a set as long as I already have backgrounds in my files for the colors you want. I have tons so hopefully I have what you're looking for. Most sets are 36 labels for $2, so if your list falls in that range, $2 would be the price.

Send me your list and color details to mlundy5@gmail.com.

Thanks!

I love your partner picking cards and can think of many times that I will be able to use them in my 2nd grade class. The only problem is that there are only 15 pairs and I will be having 18 - 20 kids. Do you have more pairs or could I get the template to put picture in? Thanks so much for taking the time to make something so neat!

Thanks again! I hope your team will find these useful as well.

I saw your posting on the Sellers Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. I absolutely love the cards. They will be used in my classroon for sure. By the way, I follow your blog. I was fist attracted to it by the title.

I just have one suggestion. Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Just a thought, price a couple of your products while making the other two free. I put at least $1.79 on these cards.

If you have time, I’d appreciate your input on my freebie listed below. I like to get a variety of ideas and feedback from teachers of all levels.

Thanks for following...here and on my blog. I already followed your blog as well and am now following you on TPT!

Thanks for the suggestions. Someone else mentioned the footer to me earlier so my newer items have one. I need to go back and edit the others.

I really want to start having some paid items, but I'm just a little unsure about starting the process. I think I may give it a try on my next item.

I downloaded your Number Tile Math Activities and left you positive feedback. I love it!

Thanks again,
