Yes, it is one page. There really isn't an answer key because there are any number of ways for students to rate the activities. When I used it, I would consider simply use what the students marked as strengths, along with what I knew about each student, to come up with a job that would align with the strengths. For instance, if a student chose hunting/fishing, hiking, and tolerating weather conditions as strengths, I might assign park ranger. If a student chose playing games, babysitting, tolerating noise, I might assign nursery school teacher. If a student chose understanding mechanical things and problem solving, I would assign something car mechanic.
