Hello, Kathleen,
There is one set of pictures given. Students cut out the pictures and paste them to the blank board sheet in any order they want. Teacher reads the words and they mark the pictures. If you play the game with "X', "T", or picture frame (outer border only) format you won't have everyone winning at once like you do with cover all.
I hope that answers your question.

Kim F. re: Florida Trivia Game
So how do you use this trivia game with your students?
October 15, 2013 Report inappropriate comment

Mary Ellen Page  (TpT Seller)
There are several ways of doing it. Transfer the questions to game size pieces of paper, preferably poster board because it lasts longer, with question on one side and answer on the other. That way the one asking the question can check the answer. Students can work in small groups to test each other. Another way is for teacher to ask question orally and students to write the answers. This can also be done quietly on a group. Then groups switch the answer sheets (one sheet per group), grade them, and return them. Group having the highest score gets a prize (no home work, 100% on the next test, etc)
This activity can be used as it relates to a chapter on Florida history that you're studying or as a fun activity to give students a chance to work together in small groups and pool their knowledge.
I hope this answers your question. Thanks for purchasing this product. I hope your students learn a great deal with the game.
There are other trivia games in my store also: Spanish/Latino culture, humanities, Roman and Italian culture, Peruvian culture, etc.

Hello, mkorton,

Sorry for delaying in responding, but I have had no luck is tracking down this actual video. I copied it from one of the following: Discovery, History, National Geographic, Nova (PBS) Channels or Ancient Mysteries. You can check with your local libraries, community colleges, universities, or Block Buster for the actual film that follows this particular script. There are several on YouTube but the ones I previewed don't follow this script. You could use any video for your studens to see the actual places and then read the script and have them take notes OR copy the script for them to read and then do all the activities.

Hope this will be of help fo you.

Hello, I would recommend that you make it clearer when you have duplicate content available for purchase. "Spanish Subjunctive Made Easy and Fun" is actually also already included in "Everything About the Spanish Subjunctive." This was my first time ever purchasing from this site; I bought both and was disappointed to see that I purchased some of the same content twice. It makes me hesitant to buy multiples from the same topic from an author in the future. Other than that complaint, I very much appreciate you sharing your hard work. This is my first time teaching the subjunctive and it is wonderful to have some resources.

Hi, Michelle,
The two Youtube videos are dated Aug, 2009. The duo presenting them have a number of different videos so you may want to check them out. The Gold Museum is awesome. I'm surprised that they got to video tape the magnificent exhibits inside because they don't allow cameras and you have to check your bags at the door. I hope your students enjoy this study. I spent 5 yrs. going back and forth working as a teacher trainer in ESL and SSL (Spanish) with UCR and UN. Thanks for purchasing my product. I hope you will find others just as enjoyable.

Hello,
The public library has a lot of educational videos. You could try there. You might also check a nearby university or community college to see if they could lend it to you. Blockbuster often carries these as well. I hope you can find it because it is really culturally oriented and would offer a chance to do a comparison of culures. Let me know how you make out. Good luck. Mary Ellen vpgardenia@comcast.net

IQHQ  (TpT Seller) re: Spanish Subjunctive Made Easy and Fun (shortened version)
With the Subjunctive Made Easy and Fun, the students were able to easily pick up the process for initially identifying the subjunctive usage.

In the Negative Antecedents, you have "no hay duda que" as subjunctive. If there isn't any doubt, that antecedent would be indicative for me.

Gracias,

Dorotha King
