Hi Terry, I am sorry you are having difficulties. It should be a 14 page document. There are not many images in the document, just graphic organizers and answer keys. I am not sure why you cannot download it. After you select save, it should be a completey new document to download. The preview document has the word "demo" in front of the title. Please try to save it once again and see if you can view the complete document. Again, I am sorry about the issue you are having.
