I have purchased several items from this seller. As usual, the graphic organizer that accompanies the Power Point is awesome! In addition, there is also a coloring activity with this lesson which is an added bonus. The lesson also includes a suggested closing activity. My only problem with this product is that the seller doesn't have more of them on this website!!

Great resource! I didn't understand how the video game tied in but my kids loved seeing that particular slide :) The graphic organizer is very helpful and creative.

One of the game's levels takes place in the abandoned city of Chernobyl. They even comment on how the city used to have 50,000 people and is now a "ghost town". I usually ask the students to jot down what they notice about the environment in the level. Also, I ask them to describe the buildings and guess what they think happened there. Hope this helps.

I thought that the PowerPoint would be more detailed. I was hooked by the XBox and Wii components that were in the description but the actual elements were disappointing.

The Powerpoint was only three slides. It seemed as if it would have been a very informational powerpoint had the information elaborated on the subject. It seemed as if information was missing.

Yes. It's designed to fit around a daily lesson. Pass them out at the beginning of class, give your lesson on the holocaust, and at the end of class, let them know if they survived. The sheets are separated by boys and girls and I like to pass out the strips like name tags.
