TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Elementary Education, with a specialization in Early Childhood. I have a Master's degree in Reading and Literacy, and I am gifted certified. I have taught grades PreK through 5th, with the exception of fourth grade for 12 years.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe all children can learn and that teachers must be guides and facilitators who teach their students to be independent learners who are responsible for their learning. I teach in a school system on the cutting edge and think that using technology to teach today is extremely important.
