I'm so sorry this is happening but it is very common and is not a big deal but typically it is because we are using different Adobe Readers. I think all you need to do is download an updated version of Adobe. Try that and let me know!
Here is some advice from other sellers about this same issue:
This is easy to fix, so no worries! If you are a Mac user, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader X. If doing that doesn't work, try these options: - If you're a Mac user, switch browsers (i.e. if you're currently opening in Firefox, try opening in Internet Explorer or Safari) - Make sure you check Adobe under "open with" to verify that that Adobe is the program you're using to open the document and not "preview" - Try opening the document from an entirely different computer (open directly from TpT) Please let me know if any of these option help and, if they don't, you'll have to contact TpT for a refund (sellers don't handle anything money-related). Let me know if there's anything else I can do on my end to make this right! Thanks again for your purchase and have a great day!

I just purchased "Walking in a Winter Wonderland", and the punctuation on the green sentece scramble isn't correct...it has a question mark whereas it should have a period or an exclamation. Hello, I saw your post in the "Seller's Forum" and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brandon and I am brand new to TpT. Like 25 minutes brand new. I have created a few products on paper but now I'm ready to share with the world but I'm not as computer literate as I should be. My question to you is (by you being new, I'm sure you know exactly how I'm feeling right now) is how do I get frames to use for my products to enhance the look? I noticed on your "Mother's Day Craft..." you have some a frame a border and I would love to know how you did create it...Well I will not take up too much of your time..Thank you and I look forward to your response!!!

That frame was a free download off the internet. But most of my frames I create in PowerPoint. I use the shapes. You can make your life easier by buying them and using them over and over. Glad you like my work. I do it all in power point and then upload in PDF. Hope this helps.

I saw your posting on the Sellers Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. Here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
First, make a cover page for EVERY product (especially your Easter freebie) you create which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. Remember you are competing with over 27,000 sellers so you want your products to stand out.
Add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page. List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product. In the footer add the copyright symbol to your name and date of creation and put it on EVERY page. Here is how you do that. Use the insert and go to the right. You should see symbols there. Insert the copyright symbol, your name and date. It should look something like this: © V. Rauch (Scipi), 2011 Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also, number your pages.
Think about changing your featured freebie since Easter is not for some time yet.

I love your Perfect Pumpkin Pack, however there are some pages where the print does not show, it comes up as a blur or similar to a smudge across the screen. As well, if you could send me a new copy maybe you could send me not as a PDF. I am a Spanish Bilingual teacher here in Calgary and I spend my weekends whiting everything out and writing over top of it with black marker in Spanish. Maybe you could save my Thanksgiving Monday :p

I sent you back an email (a reply) letting you know that the pdf came through all blocked out. I'm not sure if it's an email you use regularly. Sorry. I should've used this site. Ok, so I opened the file and the colors are right but all the words are completely blacked out and the pictures have a black background. Something must have happened to the file in transfer. I feel like such a nag. I'm sorry. Is it doing it for you?

Thanks a ton for taking off that question. Ok, one more thing. Since we are printing off this unit in color (it just looks so pretty in color), is there any way you would take your name off the bottom of the pages? I will surely give credit where it is due. I just hate to have a name on their books for their moms. Again thank you! I am making this part of a gift bag book I learned in a scrapbook class. It is sooooo cute!

I just purchased the sooooo cute Mother's Day Unit. I have to change something on it though and can't. I can't ask the question "My mother weighs _____ pounds." Long story but one of my students asked her mom how much she weighs. Mom was upset. I told the students it was a surprise but... Anyway, can you send me a non pdf version or take it off yourself and send me a new copy? I'm sorry to ask this of you. I tried to figure it out myself but couldn't. Thanks a ton!!!
