Thank you for providing the lessons for the poetry unit. However, I am planning my lessons for this week and realized that there are repeats on the lessons...specifically point of view and similes and metaphors. In one lesson you reference "yesterday we learned about alliteration..." and there was not a previous lesson regarding this strategy. Am I missing some of the lessons? A prompt reply would be appreciated.

I would really like the rest of the units if you have them to complete my collection. I am into Unit 6 now and finding it difficult to go through the book. This is the first year we are using the program and your lessons were very helpful getting me through the first 5 units. Please help! Thanks.

I only see the first few pages of the story. It shows to the word "prosthodontist" and then it is blank on the rest of the pages. I'm not sure where you are getting the kindergarten part from. This is a lesson plan for guided reading. It is not for a kindergarten class. It is for children who are reading at this level of text, whatever grade they are in. I have only ever taught 5th grade, and I use this every year for students.
