MELVIA F. MILLER I am an educator/author who has created unique ways of teaching and training. I specialize in "instructional design" and creating training materials based upon "cultural diversity" and Black History. I have worked in major corporations and colleges as an instructor, a training manager, and consultant. I also has experience in various aspects of seminars and business training

Having taught in public schools and colleges, I developed these materials based upon the concept of "more effective and enjoyable training" - EDUTAINMENT. I use games, exercises, art, music, drama and a variety of activities that are "group oriented" -- to make lessons more fun and effective.
