Hi, Barbara. I have had several others purchase the banner and have not had anyone else have any problems with the file. If you can give me some more specifics regarding what issues you are having, perhaps I can help?

If not, I'll be happy to send you the file directly if you will provide me your email address.

I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow evening, but will probably have a chance to do some quick edits if need be.

Thanks!

Hi Michele,
Thanks for your quick response yesterday about the library dividers. The file opened with no problem. They are going to look great on my shelves in the library. Any chance you'd make the same format for Dewey numbers? I would be looking for 000, 100, 200, etc. to 900. It would bring all my sections together!! Let me know.
Best,
Jennifer

Hi Michele,
I love your library dividers. Can you tell me what program the zip file was made in, so that I know if I'm able to open it? I think your dividers will look awesome in my newly painted and carpeted library!

Thanks,
Jennifer

Hmmm... good question. I was going to respond "WinZip", but according to my computer, that is not installed on my computer! I use whatever's the basic install with Windows7. When I want to "zip" a file, I right click and choose "Compress File".

So, the short answer is "I don't know," but I don't think that you'll have any problem unzipping it. When I unzip things (using the same program, I guess) my computer asks if I wish to "extract" the files.

Hope this helps,
Michele

Hi Michele,
I'd like to purchase this for my classroom. How do I go about having Costco print this out?

You will unzip the file and then upload the individual images as photos to Costco. I *think* most/all of these are designed to print in their 12" x 18" format. Or, you can save them to a flashdrive and take the flashdrive in. They will help you. :-)

Let me know if this doesn't make sense to you and I'll gladly answer any other questions!

Since you've already bought the set, I'll just send you the files. I'll send the "dude in the trenchcoat", too. :-) I just normally don't send the files since most people can't use a .psd file.

You'll just need to save them as .jpgs before you try to print.

Send me your email address, and I'll be happy to forward them on.

What is the zipfile related to this item?

Michele Osinski  (TpT Seller)
I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you unfamiliar with what a .zip file is? If so, it is a "compressed" file that allows several files to be sent as one. You will need software to "un-zip" or extract the files. Most newer PCs come with this software.

In this case, there are 6 4" x 6" "photos", each having 6 numbers on it (#1 - #6, #7 - #12, etc.).

I hope this helps. If I did not answer your question, please let me know!

Thanks,
Michele

No, they're not. Sorry! They are .jpg (image) files that can be directly uploaded to Costco, or wherever you print your photos.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I started in a K/1 combo class in 1985, and although I loved my own children when they were 5, I don't like other people's 5 year olds. :-) On the other hand, I ADORE 10 year olds. 2013-2014 will be my 29th year of teaching 5th grade (with a few 4/5 and 5/6 combos thrown in there). I may move up to high school history some day soon, but for now, I'll keep loving on my preteens!
