I haven't heard of any other problems downloading (many have been purchased). It is an Adobe pdf file. Maybe try updated your Adobe Reader version? I'm sorry I couldn't be more help :( If you like, send me your email and I will email it to you directly.
There is a FAQ/Troubleshooting link on the main page of TPT. I would also email TPT and see if they have any other suggestions for the future.

Hi! I purchased this set and it has most of what I need but I would like one that says Letter Work maybe with an ABC picture or something. This would be for when we focus on our letter of the week. I also wanted one for Reading Buddies but it looks like someone else already asked for that one! I already purchased this set at the beginning of August or so. So do I just re-download or what do I do?

Add a cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers even if your product is only one page. You might also add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page for the teacher. (How do play the game? Why? Etc.) List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product.
I noticed you used the footer to put the copyright symbol and your name but also put the date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Here is how it is done. Use the insert and go to the right. You should see symbols there. Insert the copyright symbol, your name and date. It should look something like this: © V. Rauch (Scipi), 2011
Also number your pages. Finally, unless you want your products revised (I do for my tests) save everything in a PDF format as it is harder to change.

Each page follows the format shown in the thumnail photos. There is one page per sort (from the supplimental WTW books). There are not additional sorts, just the cut apart pages to support the spelling feature.

Laminate the gameboard (I printed it out on cardstock). One board per two players. With the second page, cut apart the words. Students will draw the words (taking turns). If they know the word, they may put a marker on the gameboard. If not, next person's turn. The first student to get 4 in a row wins. I also have them write the words for additional practice on a dry erase board. Thanks for checking it out!
