Hello!
I give them one large sheet of blank paper. They draw the plot diagram and do the paragraphs on the bottom. If there is not enough room, you can have them number the plot points, and have them write the paragraphs on the back (or on lined paper, and stapled on)

I have many different versions of the stories, and tend to use different ones from year to year, depending on my class. The questions and activities in this package are designed to be used with almost any version of the stories. For example, some of the activities ask students to examine the code of chivalry, and compare the code to the actions of a character in the story. While a valuable activity, it is generic enough to be used with any of the King Arthur tales. The questions that relate to specific stories are also generic enough to be used with any version. This package is currently being used by several teachers in our school, who all use it with different versions. Hope this helps!

Could this package be useful to teach French as a second language? I am teaching a short novel to highschool students who are not supposed to speak any English in class but perhaps I could use your ideas and modify them. Perhaps I could use some of your templates. What do you think?

I think it would be great! The kids could simply follow the English instructions, and fill the information in in French :)
I think you will be really happy with your results - I did the project with a group of grade 7 Humanities students this year, and it was really successful. The students loved doing it, and the results were beautiful.

I create all of my products on Microsoft Word. I don't have any experience using an iMac, but if you have microsoft word you should be able to open them up. I wish I could be more helpful, but I've never experienced this problem before. If your iMac can't open the file, can you maybe access it from a school computer?

I created the package because I was having a very hard time finding resources that went along with this version on the tale.
