TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I've been teaching for 9 years. Prior to entering the educational field I was an insurance salesman (good experience, you know you have to sell the kids nowadays) and before that I managed fast food restaurants (again, valuable experience in teaching kids).
MY TEACHING STYLE
I try to keep the kids entertained and alert. I have a smart board and a ceiling mounted projector, so most of my lecture notes and examples are on powerpoint. I try to reach the kids where they are (video games and short attention spans) with visual, colorful slides.
