Scipi (TpT Seller) re: Pink Polka Dot NumberLine/Cards
I saw your posting on the Sellers Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. Here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
First, on the second page, list several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product. Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Here is how to do it. Use the insert and go to the right. You should see symbols there. Insert the copyright symbol, your name and date. It should look something like this: © V. Rauch (Scipi), 2011
You might also add this statement or a form of it to your first and last pages.
The original purchaser of this document is granted permission to copy for teaching purposes only. If you are NOT the original purchaser, please download the item from my store before making any copies. Redistributing, editing, selling, or posting this item or any part thereof on the Internet are strictly prohibited without first gaining permission from the author. Violations are subject to the penalties of the Digital millennium Copyright Act. Please contact me (put e-mail info) if you wish to be granted special permission.
Also, number your pages.
It is important that we see what others are doing; so, feel free to look at any or all of my freebies listed below to gather some ideas. If you care to, a rating or any feedback you might have would be great.
