great recap activity. I had the kids work in pairs to complete. I lke anything that gets them moving and talking, and this did both! They would both have to agree on each placement by adding their initials, this caused quite a few debates about the order...loved it!

This activity did not download properly. There is nothing to cut and paste and there is a large squiggle through the entire document. Please fix this.

There is meant to be a squiggle as the "road." The document is also meant to be printed on legal-sized paper, so please make sure your settings are correct. If this does not work, please make sure your PDF reader is up-to-date as other recent buyers have not had difficulties.

Still no luck. I emailed TPT to see if they can help too. Might it have anything to do with them being a .pub file? I can open the divider tabs and the PDF "All About Dot Books" but not the others that are PUB files. Do you have them in any other format by chance?

What .zip tool do you have? I downloaded the one that your link takes me to (it's called 7-zip) but I cannot seem to be able to simply right-click and get an option to extract.

I have both the one installed with Windows7 and the 7-zip. Make sure you have installed the 7-zip tool. You must install have it installed to work.
Also make sure you have the .zip folder in the place where you want that finished file to be.
After you have installed 7-zip to your computer, then you should be able to right-click. When you right-click on the .zip file, it should give you an option that says "7-ZIP" which opens another menu. Click on "Extract Here" and it will take all the files out.
If you have a Mac, I do not know how to extract .zip files on Macs. You will need to do a Google search to find your answer! :)

I just purchased and downloaded the D.O.T Organizational Tool. I'm having troubles opening the files, however. I downloaded the zip tool listed as necessary under the product description, but I'm not sure what to do next. Can you help me out? Thank you!

You need to use the .zip tool to extract the files. How that works depends on the .zip tool that you have. I have it an unzipping tool through Windows, and I simply have to right-click on the file, and I am given the option to extract the files.

Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also number your pages. Finally, unless you want your products revised (I do for my tests) save everything in a PDF format as it is harder to change.
