I grabbed this morning as I realized my lab students (7th grade) had trouble multiplying with decimals. We are currently in 2-D geometry and Pi is 3.14, and decimals are still a major issue. Threw out the lesson plan and did this one. EXCELLENT for lab class or small group. Thank you.

This looks like a great activity! I have 30 students in my class so I'm thinking of pairing students up and making eight pairs. While those pairs are working on the "Scoot" I can work with students in a smaller group and then switch!

Thanks for the freebie...I teach 4th grade (also in SoCal) and I think this is a bit challenging for them. It would be a good game to try in the third trimester (May-ish) I think. :-)

What a great resource - I really like all of it, and thought it was such a good idea that you have in adding a section where students have to go around the room to fill find each multiplication problem hanging around the room.
