TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I taught ESL in France and now am a teacher in BC, Canada where I teach French and Social Studies. Most of my lessons are experience based, and provide oral and written opportunities for students. I am also an author for ESL modules for an education company in France.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I use culture to teach languages. I ensure that my students have sufficient exercises to speak in a language, rather than focus on writing activities. I use a lot of assessment for learning strategies and am currently working on developing my literacy teaching skills.
