I printed all of mine out and want to get started but there are no words that correspond to the "purple" dot. Is this correct. The only thing there is a period and exclamation point. The sentences don't make sense without the last part. What am I doing wrong or am I missing something? I really want to get this started:)

Hi, I am not sure what last part you are talking about. The purple is for the punctuation marks. Therefore, it reminds the students to end their sentences with punctuation.

I dont have a question just wanted to let you know how awesome this center is! I spent all day wednesday cutting, laminating and cutting again and wondered if all the work was worth it... I set it up and WOW the childre were so excited! They were making sentences and remembering the period at the end. (My class is having a hard time remembering that!)
We didnt get to write the sentences down but they just loved making them! I hope as the year goes on, they can have time to make sentences and write them! Thank you for a great center!!!

Hi Morgan, I recently purchased your 'silly sentence for work stations'- great product. However I was just wondering if you could edit the 'silly sentence directions' (page 4) for me so that it uses the English spelling of "colour" rather than the American spelling of "color". I would appreciate if you could provided me with the edited page, as I would prefer my Australian students to know the "correct" spelling. If this is possible please email to me at hollyejwhite@hotmail.com.
Thanks so much, Holly.

I am having trouble printing the writing/journal topics on labels. All of the rows beginning with the 3rd row down is too high for the label and the last column is too close to the middle column to fit on the label. Is there a way I can add space to make these topics fit on the labels correctly? Thanks for your help.

Morgan Berard  (TpT Seller)
If you are using the correct labels, then typically when it is not printing in the lines correctly it has to do with your printer settings. All printers are different but if you change the settings from print to fitable area to none. It usually does the trick. Hope this helps!

Hi Jessica, I simply placed all of mine in one bin. However, I told the kids to keep the punctuation and the red words located at the top line of our pocket chart. I found that since there were only a few of each of those colors that it was easy to keep them displayed for easy access. This seemed to work for my students! Hope this helps!

Usually with printing errors it tend to be changing your printing settings. Every printer is different however, when the box appears to print if you click "shrink to printable area" or something similar to that it usually fits it to the page correctly.

HI Meggie, I explain in the description that I give the buyer two sets of the same words. The first set is in color if you would like to print on white card stock. If you choose to print on colored paper inseatd then follow the directions of the dots. Therefore, use blue card stock for the words that have a blue dot, red card stock for red dots, and so on. However, it is up to you how you decide to print them. I chose to use white card stock with color ink instead.

When you try to print the labels make sure to check the page scaling… if you have been printing the page scaling with "shrink to printable area" this can mess with the alignment. If this does not work I would be happy to send me you the word document. Email me letting me know that you are still having issues and I will send the document your way.
