Unfortunately, the refund policy of TPT is as follows:

"What is your refund policy?
Premium Seller Subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of payment. Refunds on product purchases are made on a case by case basis and are only provided when the product was not as advertised by the seller. If this is the case for you, Contact Us and write a detailed message explaining the situation."

This product was clearly advertised as a "SMARTboard" interactive whiteboard lesson/activity and it also states that it shouldn't be purchased or downloaded if you don't have the correct software to use it. Because of this, I'm not going to be able to refund your money. I'm sorry that you can't use it. You can download a free trial of the SMART notebook software from the website (http://smarttech.com/us/Support/Browse+Support/Download+Software) and use it that way. Again, I'm sorry you aren't able to use it. I hope you understand.
