Hi! I had purchased your "Back to School is a Hoot" set and I was wondering if you had binder spines/labels for the sides of the binders to match? I love the covers for my data binder, sub plans binder, etc. I just wish I had coordinating labels for the sides so I could easily pick what I need, while keeping in theme and looking super bright and cheerful! I like this product but I wish it had simple numbers and not the tails on the numbers--when little ones make numbers like one it looks like 7 and they have trouble recognizing it as well. Please consider making this product with simple numbers for the number one and 9 with no no tails, as a choice. This would mean the numbers the students read on the page and the numbers they copy to write. Thanks for considering---I would consider buying this product then.

Unfortunately TPT won't allow me to upload the doc version because the file is too large, so my only option is to upload as a pdf. In order to add text boxes over my images you will need to install a converter program to convert the pdf to a word doc. I have used http://www.pdftoword.com/ to do this. It is free to use.

Mrs. Grauer, I would be interested in purchasing some customized items. I cannot seem to convert the pdf etc. Here is what I'm looking for: A "Look Whooo's Behaving" sign...:Look Whooo's Reading"...."Look Whooo's Helping"..."Rules"..."Jobs"....(I'd prefer a 'landscape' look...)on standard size paper...Kind of like the Center Signs? It was designed for full color so I have not tried to print it in black and white. I would assume it would appear dark since the polka dot colors are darker than a true white would be.

I was wondering why when you made your table posters, you only went to 4. I have 5 sometimes 6 tables. Is it possible to get those with owls on them. Also I was wondering about table 4 sign with an owl instead of a tree.

In the kit I included blank owls for further classroom customization. There are also numbers 1 - 20 that can be used for tables as well for classes with more students.
As I'm sure you understand It is hard to customize 1 kit that will encompass all teachers needs so we do a little of everything. If you would like something custom designed we would be more than happy to design something that would meet the specific needs of your learning environment.

Yes but first you have to convert it from pdf to a word document there are several products online that you can download that will do this. Once it is in a word document you will be able to write on the blank items as well as any templates like the lesson plans or the newsletter templates. To do so create a text box, right click on it and then select no fill and no outline color ( making the text box invisible) The font used on this kit is called howser.

They print onto an 8.5x11 piece of paper just like a regular word document (PDF)...the actual design that you cut out is a little larger than 6x6.

I like printing it doublesided at FEDEX/KINKOS and having them laminate it using their pouch laminator (it is very thick and durable) perfect for using a dry erase marker and reusing the kit over and over.

This is a unit on matter designed for 2nd to 3rd grade. It takes a closer look at the states of matter and their properties. Students complete several hands on activities including determining an objects buoyancy, measuring objects from around the room and observing how air takes up space within a glass. I believe it is 6 pages total. There are 3 sample pages uploaded on the site.

I am not able to read all of the text from this guide after I have downloaded, do you have any suggestions? For example, on page 11 I have several black lines and then at the bottom I can draw and label the water cycle. The pages that are like this are: 3, 4 (all that is showing is circles), 5, 6, 9 (under the table), 10 (under the word book), and page 11.
