Hi there! The charts are not blurred. It sounds like you are on a MAC. To solve, first make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader. Next, when you go to open the file, you need to actively select to open it with Adobe Reader, because the Mac will automatically open it with Preview if you don't say otherwise. So in your Finder Window, highlight the file and then click on the tool in the top of the Finder Window that looks like a sprocket or something, then choose Open With and then Other and then select Adobe Reader.
