Sorry, it's only for K-5 as it's based on grades that I taught for two years. However, thanks for the idea. I will try to make a middle school plan as soon as I can. :-)

The Directions are listed right above the Rubric. They state:
Requirements:
• Student Name and Birthday
Students also have to choose to answer the following about themselves. 2nd graders need to choose 4 to answer and 3rd graders need to choose 5 to answer:
• Favorite School Subject
• Favorite Hobby
• Number of Pets
• Favorite Sport
• Favorite Food
• Favorite Book
• Favorite TV Shows
• If you had $100, what would you do with it?
Students are also required to change the Font’s Style and/or Color, and must include at least 2 pieces of Clip Art.
3rd grade is also required to add one small table (at least 4 squares). In the table, they can include more of their favorite things or clip art.

Courtney Vanover  (TpT Seller) re: Weather/Water Cycle Test
I used your Weather and Water test. It was the only one "out there" that addressed the things that I was teaching in my class. It was perfect. There is one part, that was a little confusing for my students. I wanted to ask you about it. On number 4, did you want the students to draw the parts of the water cycle (clouds=condensation, rain=precipitation, vapor=evaporation) or just right the words and use arrows to show the cycle, or just list them in order? I would like to see a graphic there and label, but I wasn't sure what you were looking for. Thank you for your time.

Wow! Thanks for great comments! It was hard at the time to include drawing on document. It is completely up to you how you would like them to include the water cycle, but if I remember right, I had them draw clouds=condensation, rain=precipitation, vapor=evaporation. Great question! :-)

Buyer re: American Revolution: Differentiated Projects
How many pages is this document, and is it just a list of projects, or are their rubrics included to grade the projects or any other info?

2 pages: One is the list of projects, and the other is the sheet for students fill out. I hope to expand on this item more soon, and post more in the near future. For now, it's just these two forms. Thanks.

Buyer re: Simple Machines Picture Book Rubric
I purchased and downloaded the Simple Machines Picture book and only got a rubric; no other templates or directions or examples. I assume there should have been something else included. I am running Word on a Mac, but that should not have caused any problems. Could you please help explain?
Thanks,
Ruth

It was only the rubric that I put up for purchase. It states that in the product name. However, it basically is a book that you have the students make that includes all seven simple machines: screw, lever, wheel and axle, pulley, gears, inclined plane, and wedge. I had my kids give a definition, an example, and then draw a picture of it as well. I hope this answer helps. :-)
