What suggestions would you make to bring it up to a more appropriate level? It was originally written when I was teaching 7th grade, but I used it very successfully with my 9th grade students as well. I would love to hear your suggestions.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching for 17 years. I am now teaching High School English to Freshman. I have also taught Middle School History and Language Arts and High School History. Additionally I have worked with Gifted Students for many years, and served a former school as their Gifted teacher/Coordinator.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I love hands on learning. I am a big believer that students need to play with the concepts that they are exposed to. Critical thinking is key!
