I wrote earlier about the life cycle of a plant/tree. I asked if one of the pages should say that the tree/plant should say a plant needs sunlight before the review page that say a plant needs soil, water and sunlight. TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I teach in southern Indiana. I have taught first grade and now teach kindergarten. I have been trained in Simple 6 Writing, Writer's Workshop, PBIS, Six Traits, DIBELS, mClass Math, reading strategies, Four Block, Literacy Groups, Literature Circles, and Simple 6 Math.
MY TEACHING STYLE
My teaching style integrates hands-on learning with independent strategies. We sing, dance, and move frequently during transitions to keep their little bodies busy. Small math groups and literacy rotations are both used for collaboration between peers.
