Because I didn't write the book, I cannot distribute it with my packet. Before I had my own copy of the book, I would borrow a copy from the library, so I would encourage you to check out a library near you. Otherwise, an online site like amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com would surely have this book for purchase. I apologize if I gave you the false impression that the book was included in your purchase.

Hi Michelle,
Actually, I just printed them on regular paper and attached them to the front of the journals with contact paper (or packing tape). I think I designed them to be a little too big to fit any of the printable label templates. I suppose you could get the full sheet labels and cut them apart after you print them. I really liked the contact paper because it protects the ink from bleeding if the journals ever get wet.
