This will be an after-testing activity for my students in the afternoon after they finish our high-stakes testing. I've shown it to several and asked them what they thought and they cannot wait to get started on it next week! Thank you for responding to my question. It must be a WiFi issue. We did have no trouble doing the Context Clues activity since it doesn't require it, but we will have to move to the one room in our buliding that has WiFi to do the others. Thanks again. They are great activities and my students LOVED the one we did!

I wish I had a little more information to help you. :( I tested them with my reader just now and they are working. Did you try iQR reader? I've had good luck with that QR code scanner, it's more forgiving. Are you using Wifi? The two two stations utilize Wifi connections to access the file, could it be a wifi issue? The context clue station does not require a Wifi connection.

It usually takes my students 3 - 4 days to evaluate the evidence. Then we take another 2 days to complete a response project. This year we did Glogsters and they turned out FABULOUS. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

I don't always assign the story started but provided it as a narrative option. It's an alternative genre (rather than expository) to report how the events happened on the evening of the murder. I hope that's what you were asking!

I just tested it and it works in my iPad but I think I figured out the problem. If you see mobile and web version at the bottom, choose web....the mobile version isn't showing the secret code words. I am also changing the site for you so it shows either way. I'm very worried about this and want it to work for you so please let me know if you continue to have problems!!

After I hit submit with my answer I get a screen that says Beyond the Eight Ball and a few other things at the top and bottom, but no symbol.
