loreed re: Magic Tree House Writing Prompts
I love your writing pages to go with the Magic Tree House books. When do you plan to have the next ones posted?

Thanks! I am creating them as we read the books, that way I can base the writings on the book and what we talked about while reading it. It takes us about a week and a half to get through one book, so the next one will be coming out soon. Is there a certain one you are looking for?

ewetterer re: End of Year Gift: Owl miss you!
Are you able to change the text in this once you purchase it? or is it not a template?

In order to have that font, it is a PDF file, so it is not editable. What would you like it to say? I could make another one for you.

mcalvo322 re: Short vowels: "Shake it" short vowel sounds poem
What tune did you use for this song?

I guess it really isn't a song. I use it more as a poem. We say the line in a sing-songy voice (e.g.: "shake your hand" but drag out the "a" sound in "hand", then say "a, a" to practice to sound at the end). Students wiggle/shake that body part while saying the poem. Hopefully that makes sense.
