TEACHING EXPERIENCE
This fall will begin my 7th year teaching 3rd grade! I began my teaching career in a Title I school during the transition from QCC to GPS. For the past four years, I've been teaching at a Charter School with limited resources. With Common Core looming on the horizon, I am working to create useful tools for these standards.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe that teaching is more theater than anything else. In my personal life, I tend to be reserved. However, in front of my 20 or so 8 and 9 year olds, I can let my genuine nerdiness show!
