I'm a proud Speech-Language Pathologist who has been practicing since 2004. I work full time in an elementary school (grades K-4). I also do private therapy in homes through private contracting.
My teaching style is forever evolving. I believe change is good and therefore, I'm always changing how I approach my intervention...which is always based on best practice. I believe in co-teaching, pushing into classrooms, and supporting academics. I believe all children learn differently and that all children are capable learners.
I was voted Best Dressed in 8th grade and "The Perfect Clinician" in Graduate School. Do those count? :)
I attended Eastern Michigan University. I received a B.S. and M.A. in Speech-Language Impaired. I minored in Psychology.
