You are an absolute genius. I have taken the time to comb through this product and it is absolutely brilliant. My students are going to love EVERYTHING! I especially love the Prezis (lessons READY TO GO!). The way you teach theme is absolutely magnificent and I never thought of it. The videos are top notch. Thanks for making me look GREAT! :) This may have a large price tag, but it's a BARGAIN.

Well....we used to use Mcdougall Litrell- The Language of Literature (green book) but I only used that for the homework stories...but we are getting a next textbook next year.
All the stories in my actual lesson plans are just ones that I like!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching English for 7 years in a small rural town. I have taught standard, inclusion, and advanced English classes.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I work hard to intergrate technology and fun into my lessons! I love to use Prezis, Wikis, and songs/movie clips in my classroom. (my kids seem to like it too!)

Technology Teacher of the Year (2011) & Teacher of the year for my division (2011)
MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
I was homeschooled throughout my entire early education. In fact, my first day teaching in the classroom was my first day in a public school! I hope that my background with homeschooling sometimes give me a fresh take on things when it comes to teaching.
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I LOVE to read. I try to complete a book every other day (this normally works unless I am doing schoolwork!) I have two cats and two dogs...basically I am the quintessential/ sterotypical English teacher!
