Ha! Yes. I do know I need to add something a little less ... specific to the packet. Maybe DC? Or New York City? Something to give a sort of focal anchor to the states shelves? Obviously Texas is an area that gets more use around here than it would other places. ;)

I love the signs! Some of my younger students, however, are confused by the letter "S" following the numbers--confusing it with the number 5. I believe it is due to the font choice and the fact that it is an upper case "S". I wonder if this could be addressed?

We've enjoyed them. I love seeing the kids researching with their heads bent over a book or computer keyboard and screen. They find ways to make connections with the people they're learning about. Anyway. Thank you for getting them and let me know how it goes!

Give me a day or two and an updated file will be available. Though I think I'm going to offer a choice ... I know ghosts are shelved in 133 but it just makes so much more sense in the "unknowns" ... at least to me. And many kids. ;)
Still looking for Bigfoot or Yeti or Loch Ness art that would work. Haven't found any yet.

I was looking through your store last week and I thought I saw you had shelf signage with a picture of an item and its corresponding Dewey number...i.e. pic of Dinosaur and 567.9 under the picture. I have been looking for some signs to mark popular subject areas on my shelves. I like your Dewey Library Display Signs, but looking for something much more specific. Was I mistaken? Or did you have some temporarily for sale at your stoe and I just missed out?

I just bought the Dewey Library Display Signs (326572) thinking they would be horizontal, but they are vertical.
Do you have them available in horizontal (landscape) format?
Also, my Biographies are 920...can I get copies on posters with the B & the 921 replaced with 920.

Hi, I put in the request.... for the 921s.... in portrait style... is fine... I just thought the B could be replaced with 921. Not all libraries use the B for Biography. I use the 921 so it is the same as our middle school, high school libraries.

So ... with a repeat kid figure? Or just words and no art? I personally like things like this to match ... it's either consistently not the same or consistently the same. Not like 85/15. But that's me. So I can't quite decide and thought I'd ask. ;)

Used them today with 4th and 3rd for encyclopedia research, and things went well...kids loved the clip art! They did find one mistake, tho' --it should be Wilber and Orville Wright, rather than Frank and Orville...

For a couple days at least it's a typo with the "3" ... it's only ever been the two pages. That's why it was less $. You're the first one to notice! But I'll get the b&w version updated with the other page as soon as I get bookfair accounting and an author visit done on Tuesday.
I think ... I think when you update a file you can have it alert people who bought it, right? I think. Will try that. Or come back middle to end of next week and redownload.

Great question! They do print on regular normal paper. There is blank space around the edges that could be trimmed without losing text or pictures. I've tested it. ;] Easiest way is if you still have the little insert that often comes in a frame? Like the example picture or what have you? Set it on top of the signs and get it "centered." Then draw a light line around the edge. Trim and you're good to go!
