This was fabulous. My kids sang it at the end of a unit performance and we video taped it. It came out great and everyone loved the song. Not to mention, my kids all passed their government test because of it! We added a solo verse in the middle. So perfect.

It is just the lyrics. When I sing it with my class, I play the instrumental of "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz. The kids love it! I use youtube.

I have found that music lends a definite advantage to kids who have trouble remembering facts and vocabulary. I have written several songs included here and am more than willing to take requests. Just tell me the topic and the main source material (if there is one), and if I can get my hands on the source material, let's make a deal! I can even write the lyrics to a specific tune if you so desire.
