When this has happened to myself and many others who have had this same problem, the best fix for it has been to update your Adobe Reader and this is described on the TPT downloads page. Also, you may need to update your printing program. If it does not fix it please email me at mynotsoelementarylife@yahoo.com. I am sorry you are having problems with this and I hope you can get it fixed so you can use this product in its fullest.

I am sorry you are having a problem getting this to print correctly. I am taking a guess and saying it has something to do with your printer settings. I printed this out at both home and school to double check and didn't have any problems. I am sorry I am not able to help you out more. I would try changing the print to printable area etc setting and trying to mess with your settings to get it to print correctly. Again, I am sorry you were having difficulties. This should be an easy fix by just going and updating your adobe reader. If this does not correct the problem, I would try redownloading. With all of the people on TPT due to the sale, there could be many problems with downloads, but this problem is very common for many buyers and the thing that fixes is the update to your adobe program. The issue is actually very simple (in most cases). Sure thing: On the cover pages the word Parent is in the font called Howser and the word Communication is in the font Impervious. The font on the headings on all of the pages and the majority of the fonts on the communications sheets is called Impervious from kevinandamanda.com. It is a part of their scrapbooking fonts :) I hope this answers your questions and maybe then some. Have a fantastic day :)
