Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. Here is how you do that. Use the insert and go to the right. You should see symbols there. Insert the copyright symbol, your name and date. It should look something like this: © V. Rauch (Scipi), 2011 You have to protect all of your creations.

I saw your store on the home page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. Since you are looking for some feedback, here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products. Add some clipart to add color or just color some of your font. For some reason buyers like color on the original even though they may copy your product in black and white. Also, create a cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers even if the product is only one page in length.
You might also add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page for the teacher. (How do you use this? Why? Etc.) List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product.
Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Here is how you do that. Use the insert and go to the right. You should see symbols there. Insert the copyright symbol, your name and date. It should look something like this: © V. TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching since 2006. I have taught every subject in fourth, fifth, and sixth grades. My first year was a small self-contained sixth grade class. I then moved to fifth grade for four years. In those years, my classes were self-contained and on teams. I then moved to a small, at-risk, fourth grade class.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe it is important for students to be taught the information they should know. I spend a lot of time working with students in small groups and individually. Using higher-order thinking skills is also a must in my classroom. It is imperative to challenge students so that they can reach their full potential.
HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT
I have received awards for having the highest TCAP (state test) scores in my school and district in Math, Science, and Social Studies.
MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mississippi in 2006. I then earned a Master of Arts in Education in 2012 from Bethel University.
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I have been married since 2007. My husband and I share our house with our son, four dogs, and five cats. When I am not at school or spending time with my family, I am working on things for school.
